Your right to cancel

You have the right to withdraw from a sale contract within 14 calendar days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days from:

Physical goods — the day you (or a third party you nominate) take physical possession of the goods.
Multiple goods in one order — the day you take possession of the last item.
Services / subscriptions — the day the contract is concluded.
Digital content — the day the contract is concluded (see exceptions below).
